CS & Mathematics — Edinburgh
Building at the intersection of data rigour, user empathy, and technical depth. Edinburgh graduate with hands-on experience shipping production systems, leading empirical research, and driving cross-functional outcomes.
Every PM skill I've developed came from real work — not coursework. Here's how my background maps directly to the craft of product management.
Production systems, ML applications, and research tools — built end-to-end with real users in mind.
Cross-platform mobile app for a Delhi NCR NGO — tracking 50+ street dogs across colonies with health records, vaccination schedules, GPS location, push notifications, and Excel export. Designed the full PostgreSQL schema with row-level security and auto-generated medical reminders.
Architected and shipped a full CRM system for a cybersecurity consultancy from scratch — requirements analysis, relational schema design in Prisma ORM, RESTful API in Node.js, and complete deployment. Delivered end-to-end without supervision.
Hybrid CNN + bi-LSTM architecture classifying human activity from live sensor streams. Full ML pipeline from preprocessing to real-time inference.
Extended open-source in-database ML framework to unify LibFM, LMFAO, and Morpheus into a single API. Benchmarked across 8 real-world datasets. Supervised by Dr Amir Shaikhha, UoE.
Interactive dashboards visualising patient health metrics — adopted by doctors at Healync for real-time KPI tracking. Automated reporting workflows, reducing delivery time by 2 weeks.
Academic research experience rare among PM candidates — working alongside PhD researchers, producing empirical findings that filled documented gaps in literature.
Co-authored empirical study replicating Iannone & Simpson's longitudinal research. Led all data collection and analysis across 888 modules at 24 UK universities. Applied 8 statistical methods — ANOVA, Mann-Whitney U, PCA, K-means — and confirmed a significant post-pandemic shift in assessment practice. Grade: 84%.
Extended open-source Python framework to unify LibFM, LMFAO, and Morpheus — three state-of-the-art in-database ML systems — into a single accessible API. Delivered full Morpheus data transformation support; fixed LMFAO compatibility across 3 previously failing datasets; benchmarked all systems across 8 real-world datasets. Supervised by Dr Amir Shaikhha, School of Informatics, UoE.
I'm a CS & Mathematics graduate from the University of Edinburgh with a 2:1 Honours, currently based in Delhi NCR and open to remote & hybrid roles globally.
My path has been deliberately broad: data science at a health-tech startup, full-stack development for a cybersecurity consultancy, empirical research with PhD supervisors, and a cross-platform mobile app for an NGO — each project sharpening a different edge.
I'm drawn to product management because it sits at the intersection of everything I love: analytical rigour, user empathy, cross-functional influence, and building things that actually ship.
Outside work, I'm a classical Odissi dancer of 7 years — an unusual background for a PM candidate, but one that's trained me in discipline, pattern recognition, and performing under pressure.
Open to PM, APM, and product-adjacent roles. Happy to chat, collaborate, or just connect.
